Disclaimer for Unsolicited Submissions:

ISB Films is always looking for new ideas for films, TV programs and new media. If you want to send us your proposal to be evaluated you must first read and accept the terms bellow.
ISB Films only accepts unsolicited proposals and scripts via the form below. Proposals sent by e-mail will not be accepted and will not be evaluated.



Ownership

You declare that you are the absolute owner of intellectual property rights of the proposal you are submitting, that you have obtained the necessary rights of it or that you legally represent the creator, and you hereby declare that you do not infringe any third party rights. In case of an infringement of any third party rights, you assume the liability and undertake to hold ISB Films harmless from any and all such claims, whether at law or in equity.

VOLUNTARY SUBMISSION

The proposal is submitted voluntarily, because you are interested in cooperating with ISB Films. In no case it can be understood that the proposal has been requested, in any way, by ISB Films.



UNPAID

You hereby agree that you will not be compensated for submitting your proposal and that in no event you will be able to claim any amount to ISB Films as a result for the submission of the proposal.

CONTRACT SIGNING

If interested in your proposal, ISB Films will contact you within a month from the date of your submission to further discuss it. A non-reply after this period is considered a rejection of your proposal. If there is an agreement to take you up on your proposal, ISB Films will sign an agreement with you for further development of the project for cinema, TV, platforms or new media. In this case only, ISB Films will discuss with you the possibility of a compensation and/or fee for you.



NOT CONFIDENTIAL

Your submission is not confidential. ISB Films holds the right to discuss your proposal with its employees, partners or any third party in order to evaluate it.

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

ISB Films has its own project development section for all audiovisual media. You acknowledge that some of the projects or scripts on which ISB Films is currently working on might be similar to your script or your proposal. In this case, you hereby agree that you will not take any legal action against ISB Films.
